We make recommendations to help
you maximize your investment, but the
final decisions are YOURS. After all, you DO own the unit, not us! We
feel since you pay the taxes and mortgage, that it's up to YOU if you
want
to participate in a beach service or join the on-site owners' club, or
if
you want to limit the amount of renters and not have a sleeper
sofa--that's your decision. Our owners like that about us--and they say
we
are very unique in this area in that concept. They like that we are able
to give personal, yet professional service, and be more flexible on
personal use. Our owners tell us they have also chosen us because we
take the majority of the time a cash deposit, a minimum of $200, which
greatly reduces the chance of renter damage. If the renter doesn't give
adequate cancellation notice that deposit is given to the owner as
compensation for the lost reservation--we do not keep any commission
on
it. Our rental commission is very economical, as well as our linen and
housekeeping fees. A rental company is only as good as their housekeepers
and we are very proud of our teams. They work very hard and we pay them
exceptionally well. Many of these same reasons are also why our RENTERS
like us, which is very important to you, the owner! Our renters like
the
same personal yet professional service and their rooms being clean 99%
of
