We are a full-service real estate, vacation rental, and association management company founded in 1987. We cater to homeowners and vacationers who are looking for both personal and professional services.

Willa Rose Merriott is a licensed Florida real estate broker and licensed Community
Association Manager (C.A.M.). She has a B.S. in Business Administration and prior to selling real estate, she worked in Destin from 1972 to 1979 as a bookkeeper for rentals and associations, and in rentals at four local condominiums.

This experience gives her the broad background necessary to help you make a knowledgeable purchase or to provide professional service for Rental Management and Association Management.
